Starting on Friday, July 1, popular Sri Lankan food truck, The Ceylon Hut (Instagram) will be parking their new Ceylon Roti Hut (Instagram) at Milk District’s favorite (and only) food truck park, A La Cart (Instagram | Website).
As stated in the Instagram post below, they will offer a menu of Sri Lankan street food including kottu and roti melts, which I imagine are like quesadillas but instead of tortillas they’re using flaky-yummy roti.
Scandinavian-inspired food truck, SwedeDish (Instagram), left the A La Cart in January 2021 and were quickly replaced by the folks from Korgette (Instagram) who specialize in a variety of vegan dishes, using fresh and nutritious ingredients, like their very yummy falafel.
Resident food truck, Smoke and Donuts (Facebook | Website), is also leaving A La Cart to focus on opening their own brick-and-mortar restaurant just around the corner at 601 N. Primrose Drive [GMap], in the former home of Kernel Encore.
