The under-development Radius Apartment building in downtown Orlando has just signed two new tenants for its ground floor retail spaces; Duck and Drake Kitchen and Cookies By Design.

Duck and Drake Kitchen (Instagram | Website), the long-time resident food truck at College Park’s Digress Wine, has signed a lease for a 2,356 SF brick-and-mortar restaurant called “The Drake.” The Drake will feature dishes based on the seasons and availability and will showcase a selection of local beers and wines, according to a press release from ACRE Commercial Real Estate, which helped to ink the deal on the new space.

The Drake is expected to open in 2023.

A chain called Cookies by Design (Instagram | Website) will be opening a location next door to The Drake as well. The 22-year-old bakery specializes in cookie arrangements, gourmet cookies, brownies, truffles, and more, that are used for corporate gifts and for eating on your couch where nobody will judge you but The Gods and yourself. The new location will feature gelato and custom cupcakes and is expected to open in Q4 2022.

We told you previously HERE about Taiwanese Ding Tea (Website) opening a location in the same courtyard back in January.

The Radius is located at 355 N. Rosalind Avenue [GMap].
