According to a report by Faiyaz Kara for Orlando Weekly, the winner of Season 3 of Top Chef, (and the first Asian winner of the popular cooking competition) Hung Huynh, will be opening a new noodle concept in the Mills 50 district.

Chef Huynh, who currently serves as the Director of Culinary Innovation for Omei Restaurant Group, the company behind Bento Asian Kitchen, Doshi, and more, shared with Kara that his new concept will showcase his talent and love of noodles and noodle dishes.

Bang Bang Noodle Co. (Instagram) will be located at 1114 E. Colonial Drive [GMap] next to pho hot spot, Anh Hong (a favorite of Zombie House Flipper Justin Stamper). Bang Bang will also offer dishes like chicken ramen, lobster garlic noodle, Taiwanese beef noodle soup, and more. It will seat 25 people at a time and will feature an open kitchen.

According to a press release from the ownership group, Bang Bang is expected to open sometime later this fall.
