Local watering hole Wally’s Mills Avenue Liquors (Website) wants everyone to know they can pop by for a drink at any time and that they plan to stay open as long as they can.
The bar, which is located at 1001 N. Mills Avenue [GMap], says they plan to stay open until someone says “ya gotta close!” New co-owner Pete Downing shared with Bungalower that he’ll keep serving until City Hall issues a curfew or a shelter-in-place order.
If you’d rather drink at home, they’d also like to remind you that they are a package store and you can buy bottles to go, though Orlando Police are asking that you exercise extreme caution if you’re out on the roads and to reduce your speed, turn your lights on, and increase your following distance with the cars ahead of you.
