The Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando (Facebook | Website) shared last December that it had chosen Borrelli + Partners to create the design for its long-awaited new 25,000 SF Orlando shelter and they recently shared those designs on social media. Scroll down to the end of this post to see them.

The new facility, which we told you about HERE, will be located at 4311 S. John Young Parkway [GMap] and is expected to cost roughly $14 million once completed. It will feature more space dedicated to adoption services, double the medical space, quarantine space for dogs and cats that are disease-specific, air conditioning for the animals, and housing for long-term dog residents.

devastating fire in September 2021 destroyed the organization’s Conroy Road shelter and a temporary cat shelter was opened in Parramore last month which will close when the new shelter opens.
