Our favorite OBT brewpub, Deadwords Brewing (Facebook Website), will be offering some special perks this weekend for Electric Daisy Carnival-goers to help them have their best festival experience yet.

The festival, which is expected to haul in roughly 280,000 people (if they can catch an airplane), is notorious for having bad cellphone service and poor mobility/access. Most able-bodied attendees find themselves parking in downtown Orlando and then parading the 2.4-mile stretch to the stadium on foot and then are faced with the near-impossible task of finding a rideshare home.

This year, Bungalower has partnered with Deadwords to offer an e-bike hub with our friends at Helbiz (Website) with bikes available through the weekend. The festival area is usually a no-scooting zone which can make it difficult to find a bike or scooter if you’re too tired to walk back downtown, so now they can simply hop across the street and find one at the brewery.

Deadwords will also be offering a free portable phone charger “rental” with every purchase. Rentals will be on a first-come, first-served basis and you can simply present your ID when you borrow the charger and get it back when you return it at the end of your visit. Oh, they’ll give you the wireless password too.

A special EDC Go-Box menu will also be available for grab-and-go guests, featuring sandwich boxes, pretzel balls with cheese for dipping, and a one-time 7-inch personal pizza. Scroll down to see the menu. They’ll also have free access to the hydration station at the back of the brewery for anyone who needs to fill their bottles.

Also, Bungalower Buddy members can now unlock a 20% off discount on their bill, just by showing their Bungalower Buddy Keychain before they order.

Deadwords Brewing is located at 23 N. Orange Blossom Trail [GMap].
