Popular pastry slingers, P is for Pie Bake Shop (Instagram | Facebook), will be closing up shop after 10 years of business in Audubon Park.
The shop specialized in small batch savory and sweet pies and was known to sell out on almost a daily basis. Its owners took to Facebook last week to cite staffing challenges and increasing costs as reasons for closing.
The shop has been pumping out baked goods for the past few days in an effort to give their customers one last fix ahead of their planned Wednesday closure. They will not be answering the phone for the last two days as they say there is already a “lengthy line” of customers waiting for their goodies.
P is for Pie is located at 2806 Corrine Drive [GMap] next to Redlight Redlight.
