Hinckley’s Fancy Meats (Instagram | Website), the trendy deli/meat counter in the East End Market owned and operated by the talented Mr. Matt Hinckley, will be serving up a special Scandinavian-inspired meal package for the holidays – following in the footsteps of its sold-out Viking Dinner package last year.
The Viking Christmas dinner package will feature goose pate with mostarda and rye crisps, elk Swedish meatballs with gravy, cranberry sauce, braised Creekstone Farms beef roulade, red cabbage and apples braised in Dansk Mjod mead and vinegar, roasted cellar vegetables, Swedish spice cake, and an optional quart of glögg – a mulled red wine made with spices, honey, and brandy.
The meals are available HERE for purchase for $135, sans-glögg.
Orders will be ready for pickup from 11-6 p.m. on Saturday, December 24 only. They will be closed on Christmas Day.
