The folks at Barnie’s Coffee and Tea Co. (Website) and Se7en Bites Bakeshop (Website) have joined forces for the holidays to launch a special limited-release cookie to raise funds for a local charity.
The new Santa’s White Christmas Red Velvet Cookie will be available for purchase at both the coffee shop and Se7en Bites through December 30, with $1 from each cookie purchase going to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
The cookie is based on one of Barnie’s most popular holiday coffee flavors with notes of coconut, vanilla, sweet caramel, and nuts and has inspired an ice cream flavor with Publix Supermarkets and a special craft beer from Ten 10 Brewing (Website) in Ivanhoe Village.
“Cookies are a quick way to get on Santa’s ‘nice’ list, and the Santa’s White Christmas Red Velvet cookie brings everything we love about the holidays together,” said Trina Gregory-Propst, owner of Se7en Bites. “We partnered with Barnie’s Coffee before to create our signature coffee blend for Se7en Bites, and we hope this new collaboration brings extra holiday cheer to everyone in our communities.”
