We told you HERE in September 2020 that Dr. Phillips Charities, the community builder behind the $700-million Packing District project, was looking for a tenant for its new juice stand replica on the corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail. And it appears that they’ve made their choice.

The new flagship building will soon be home to another Foxtail Coffee Co., Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream collab, but this time they’ll also be bringing along Ravenous Pig Brewing Co.

“We are thrilled to have these beloved homegrown businesses join us in The Packing District,” said Dr. Phillips CEO, Ken Robinson. “Just as Dr. Phillips built his citrus business on this very land, it seems like a great fit to support other local endeavors and provide a variety of offerings for residents and visitors.”

An iconic piece of the early Dr. Phillips citrus operations in the mid-1900s, the buildout for the new 1,800 SF replica juice stand is expected to be complete in early 2023.
