The City of Orlando will be hosting a special Holiday Drone Show at 7 p.m. Sunday, December 11, in Lake Eola Park.

The holiday drone light show was made possible by Visit Orlando and Sky Elements (Website), in honor of the season. The show will feature a display of 100 synchronized drones flying in formation over Lake Eola, to create beautiful holiday-themed designs in the night sky.

Attendees will be able to sit back and enjoy a 10-minute light show from the comfort of their blankets and lawn chairs, after which they can enjoy the weekend Holiday Market, which runs from 5-8 p.m. on Sundays. The market runs 4:30-9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays as well and will continue each weekend through Friday, December 23, featuring 30 local vendors with products ranging from handmade soaps and candles to jewelry and more.
