Paperwork has been filed by a local developer to add a new five-story, 230-unit multi-family development just a block over from the Baldwin Park town center called Baldwin Park – Gables.
The new project, which is being designed by Baker Barrios Architects (Website), is scheduled to be reviewed by the Baldwin Park Design Review Committee on Friday, December 16. The 2.48-acre property in question is located at 1801 Prospect Avenue [GMap] and is currently the site of a Fairwinds Credit Union building.
The project is being led by Gables Residential. There is no construction timeline at the time of this post.
