A new taco restaurant is now open at 131 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] in downtown Orlando.
Tacos My Güey (Instagram | Website) first launched in Hunters Creek and has now expanded to the Central Business District, serving elote, street tacos, tostadas, and more. One of their specialties is cheese fries with bacon and hot dogs.
Güey, pronounced “whey,” is a Mexican slang for “man” or “dude” or sometimes “idiot” or “dumbass” but it isn’t really considered that offensive when it’s between friends.
Tacos My Guey is open until 3 a.m. on the weekends.
