RockPit Brewing (Instagram | Website) is hosting its annual Beerlympics challenge and Bungalower Media will be there to defend their title – last year we had three third-place finishes and took home the gold for best team and we are thirsty to keep the crown. And for some locally brewed beer.
Beerympians can sign up for free to compete in teams of four to try their hand at games like Hammerschlagen, a 26.2 Meter Obstacle Relay, a Crazy Straw Chug Relay, a Keg Roll Relay, and Stein Holding. And in case you’re unfamiliar with the term, Hammerschalgen will challenge players to hammer a nail into a stump until it’s flat, using only the pointy side of the hammer. The faster you do it, the better your score. The rest is pretty self-explanatory.
Bungalower Buddy Keyholders can also unlock a BOGO beer on any 9oz, 12oz, or 16oz pour just by showing their Bungalower Buddy buy local keychain — something they can do anyway, regardless of the event.
