Popular Filipino food truck, Over Rice (Instagram | Website), has just announced that it is in a soft-open phase in its new brick-and-mortar restaurant at 1804 Lee Road [GMap], near Fairview Shores.
Mayra and Joel Paoner opened the truck in 2011 and built a loyal following for their Filipino and Hawaiian cuisine, which features dishes like Kalua Pork, Lumpia Shanghai, and Pancit. Obviously with a side of rice.
As detailed in the below post, hopeful diners can direct message them via their Instagram account with “soft opening” to be put on the growing list for their upcoming dinners.
A grand opening date is not public at this time.
