1. A security guard at City Hall was violently attacked while on duty. A GoFundMe, linked in the article, has been launched to help him while he recovers from the incident.
2. Orlando City Hall is launching a new mobile food cart pilot program to help control where vendors pop up in the downtown core.
3. The St. James Cathedral School wants the City of Orlando to formally abandon an adjacent street so they can shut it off to pedestrians and cyclists, and prevent them from crossing their campus. Neighbors don’t seem so enthused.
4. Zac Alfson, the executive director of The Milk District Main Street, has announced that he will be stepping down to pursue a new gig with a local non-profit.
