Longtime pop-up chef, Bruno Fonseca of the Foreigner Experience, has just opened his new brick-and-mortar restaurant, Foreigner, at 2816 Corrine Drive [GMap] by Redlight Redlight in Audubon Park.

Foreigner Restaurant (Instagram | Website) is a new 10-seat chef’s table experience built around an open kitchen. Diners can saddle up for a multi-course meal ranging from seven-to-ten courses for anywhere between $100-$150 depending on the menu that evening. That menu is decided on by Chef Fonseca on a day-to-day basis, so don’t expect to make any special requests, this is a trust-the-chef style venue and you’re just along for the ride.

Reservations are released in rounds via THIS LINK.

The concept is backed by local restaurateurs and tastemakers, Johnny and Jimmy Tung.
