Pop-up cookie wiz kids, Phat Ash Bakes (Instagram | Website), are joining forces with Foxtail Coffee as part of a new residency at their East Colonial location at 3122 E. Colonial Drive [GMap] by Kabooki Sushi.
The new partnership will include a permanent cookie counter at the coffee shop that will showcase seven of Phat Ash Bakes’ most popular flavors and occasional feature flavors on a regular basis.
The “Cookie Phactory” will open to the public this Saturday, March 25, at 11 a.m. and the first 200 customers will receive free cookies – though how many, we can’t be sure. The rest of the day will feature 50% off cookie purchases and free 16oz cold brews while supplies last.
