The James Beard Foundation is back in Orlando to host another one of its hit Friends of James Beard Benefits dinner nights in support of its mission to celebrate, support, and elevate the people behind America’s food culture; the chefs.

On Wednesday, April 19, at 6 p.m., the foundation will host a special, multi-course dinner in cooperation with Good Salt Restaurant Group at their Parramore-based restaurant, The Monroe. The dinner will be led by four chefs from Good Salt’s portfolio of restaurants including Chef Nikk Burton and Chef Robbie Lamison of The Monroe, Executive Chef Michael Cooper of The Osprey, Chef Wendy Lopez and Chef Denise Newberry of Reyes Mezcaleria, and Chef Huy Q. Tin of Seito Sushi.

The foundation has hosted two previous chef-driven events in Orlando in both 2021 and 2022, and both sold out. Tickets start at $180 and are available for purchase HERE.
