College Park CVS closing, building for lease

The CVS Pharmacy in the center of College Park will close on May 22.

All prescriptions for the store, which is located at 2201 Edgewater Drive [GMap] on the corner of Princeton Street, will be transferred to another CVS location at 3502 Edgewater Drive [GMap], located just up the street.

There are 39 other CVS locations in Orlando.

The 9,000 SF retail space is already listed HERE on LoopNet for lease for $26 per square foot and comes with parking available in an adjacent surface lot and parking garage located at The Princeton Apartments.

Neighboring retail shops include Tijuana Flats and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice.
