The Winter Park location of Tin and Taco (Website) by Rollins College is being converted into a new concept by its owner, Rob Bair.

Bair shared with Bungalower that the former Tin and Taco is currently being built out to house another one of his concepts, SoDough Square (Instagram), a Detroit-style pizza shop. Bair opened the SoDo location of the concept in May 2022, in a joint space with his Tin and Taco restaurant at 419 E. Michigan Street [GMap].

“It’s the same concept, but some different specialty pies that we won’t have at the SoDo location; think ingredients like capicola, jalapeno, and hot honey. I’m working on like seven new recipes at the moment and none of them are final yet. We’ll also have some salads and dry rub wings.”


Bair is targeting a public opening on the week of June 28 and will be opening with a wine and beer menu.
