We told you HERE in 2023 that a new concept by the name of Coro Restaurant (Facebook | Instagram) would be moving into the former Bikes Beans and Bordeaux Cafe, and it seems as if they’re finally ready to open.
According to a social media post, Coro will be soft-opening on Friday, June 14. The project is led by Chef Timothy Lovero, who was most recently at Luke’s Kitchen in Maitland, before striking off to do his own thing.
The menu will feature New American-ish-inspired small plates like dumplings and pierogies as well as some Asian influence. They’ll also be serving house-made juices and kombucha.
