Westcourt, Orlando Magic’s long-awaited entertainment district development in Parramore has just selected Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants (Website) as its new hotel partner.
Kimpton currently operates over 75 hotels and 100 restaurants worldwide.
The new boutique hotel will be located adjacent to the Kia Center as a major component of the new mixed-use sports and entertainment development. The 11-story hotel will feature 261 rooms, 16,000 SF of indoor meeting space, a full-service restaurant and lobby bar, a cafe, and a pool bar and lounge.
Kimpton is known for providing high-end coffee and tea service, evening socials, in-room yoga mats, and for being pet-friendly.
Westcourt will also include 265 multifamily rental units atop the hotel in the same building. Other Westcourt projects include 300,000 SF of office space, 120,000 SF of retail, a 3,500-capacity live event venue, and a 1,140-space parking garage.
Westcourt is a joint project by JMA Ventures, LLC; Machete Group, Inc.; Orlando Magic, and the DeVos family and is expected to be complete by March 2027.
