A very recognizable warehouse in Parramore is once again on the market for lease.
The infamous “triple nipple” located at 617 W. Central Boulevard [GMap], which was the temporary home to pop-up bar concept the Yard Bar, was purchased in 2019 from the former owner of Wall St. Plaza by Lamont Garber. Both owners had hoped to convert the space into a retail/brewery concept but hit a giant snag in the shape of a $100,000+ impact fee bill with the City of Orlando when they filed their plans. So it’s sat empty ever since.
Now Garber is looking to lease the space in three sections, for a total of 16,215 SF at $16.50 per square foot, which will likely mean some sort of storage use in its future, according to a report by the all-knowing Trevor Fraser for Orlando Business Journal.
