Pre-pandemic, Orlando Weekly was known for hosting some fairly large (and crazy) affairs, including its annual Best Of Orlando soiree, usually hosted by The Block entities, like The Beacham and The Social.
Since that time, the party has been on hiatus. However, the Best of Orlando reader poll continued strong (thank you to those of you who voted for Bungalower in categories like Best Local Newspaper and Best Local Radio Show. This year will see the return of its 2024 Best of Orlando party, but rather than asking drivers to navigate their way downtown, this year’s will jump the downtown ship in favor of its seafaring cousin.
Winners and readers are invited to stop by for a free drink (for those 21 and up), pick up a copy of Best of Orlando 2024, and toast the city’s champs. Winners can also pick up their first-place certificates.
Scott H. Biram will be playing in the event this year as well,
The party runs from 7-10 p.m. at Will’s Pub in Mills 50. First-place winners will be able to pick up a certificate during the event.
