Chef de Cuisine of the Michelin-recognized Sushi Saint (Instagram), Chef Anthony Chow, and renowned Puerto Rican chef Mario Pagan of Chayote Barrio Kitchen (Instagram) are teaming up to host a special collab dinner event on August 26.
The event brings together the two powerhouse chefs by celebrating their cultural diversity in what promises to be a fun and exciting atmosphere featuring a heavily curated a la carte menu that showcases both of their strengths.
