A pop-up coffee bar/DJ experience is coming to Orlando’s Uncle Tony’s Donut Shoppe (Instagram) record store in the North Quarter next month, bringing cross-cultural craft coffee, vinyl, food, and “some serious vibes.”

Qahwah Con Leche (Instagram) is the brainchild of Puerto Rican producer and percussionist El Bles (Instagram) and Orlando-born producer turned LA recording artist Thanks Joey (Instagram) that represents their mutual love of coffee, culture, and vinyl and their Middle Eastern and Latin heritage.

Qahwah is the Arabic word for “coffee” and Con Leche, or “with milk,” is their bridge between the east and west. They will serve coffee drinks inspired by their collab beat tape of the same name with ingredients like orange blossom water, anise, and cardamom in their signature Cardamom Cappuccino, food trucks, and exclusive merchandise drops.

They will be spinning a carefully curated playlist of Latin and Arabic vinyl from the 60s through the 90s.

Check out the pop-up on Saturday, September 14, and Sunday, September 15 at Uncle Tony’s, located at 703 N. Orange Avenue [GMap].
