9/5/24 EDIT: The original version of this post accidentally omitted Downtown Orlando Partnership as the host of this event. The Downtown Development Board is the presenting sponsor, not the host.

“DOP is hosting, organizing, and activating the entire event. There is no mention of DOP in your post, and you used a DOP graphic. Can you please update this? Our organization has been working tirelessly on this event and we should be acknowledged..”

– JILL VAUGHAN, PRESIDENT AND CEO, DOWNTOWN ORLANDO PARTNERSHIP

The Downtown Orlando Partnership and the Downtown Development Board will be hosting an inaugural Downtown Employee Appreciation Week from September 9-13, with multiple pop-up coffee and lunch events, giveaways, and more for downtown workers.

Complimentary treats and giveaways will be available while supplies last each day, courtesy of DDB and their community partners. In celebration of the week, United Arts of Central Florida will be installing five vibrant floral art displays inspired by Lewis Miller’s Flower Flash in New York City but created by local floral design artists. You’ll be able to find them at City Hall, Duncan Park, Orange and Wall Street, Discover Downtown, and the Lake Eola Amphitheater from September 9-13.
