Boxer and Clover (Instagram), opened for business in Audubon Park’s East End Market just this spring, but they’re already prepping to move out.
When it was first announced in January, the Hinckley’s Fancy Meats (Instagram | Website)-led pop-up had a defined 6-month cap on how long it would last in the former stall-home of Farm and Haus (Instagram | Website). With shop owner Matt Hinckley saying he would weigh whether or not to find a new home for the concept by the end of summer.
The menu featured several sandwiches including brisket, pulled chicken, and pulled pork, a variety of sides, combo meat platters, and elk chili with beans, bacon, and burnt ends. And some yummy little personal fruit pies.
That run has now ended and Hinckley has posted on social media that a hunt for a new home has already begun. He’s also shared that they will be popping up around town for the next few months.
A replacement concept for the in-demand East End Market stall has not been announced at this time but we expect to hear something soon.
