Mayor Dyer will host his 2024 State of Downtown Address at the Kia Center on Tuesday, October 15 at 3:30 p.m.
According to a press release issued earlier today, the address will feature ” the latest on the dynamics of downtown Orlando as Project DTO 2.0 marks a pivotal stage in its evolution, transforming urban living in an energetic neighborhood where everyone can find themselves downtown.”
The event is presented by the Downtown Orlando Partnership and sponsored by the Orlando Utilities Commission. The DOP is a 501c6 that was founded in 1961 to enhance business and community relationships through a variety of events and initiatives. The CRA recently gave them $100,000 to aid in hosting the State of Downtown and the Golden Brick Awards.
