Local literacy group Page 15 (Website) is back with its annual benefit concert to raise funds for its award-winning children’s programming.

This year’s MIXTAPE: Studio 15 promises lots of outrageous 70s fashion, a vibrant atmosphere, and live renditions of the best disco, soul, and funk hits from the decade as part of a benefit concert featuring the talents of Orlando’s Jump Down Boogie Band. The event will feature a pre-show VIP experience, 70s-themed cocktails, and celebrity impersonators from the era.

The event kicks off at 6 p.m. for VIPs and 7 p.m. for general admission at The Vanguard in downtown Orlando, at 578 N. Orange Avenue [GMap].

Page 15 provides year-round literacy coaching, creative writing instruction, and publishing opportunities to more than 700 children across Central Florida and is a 501c3 organization.
