Bungalower Media has teamed up with the folks at Green Dragon Dispensary (Instagram | Website), top Orlando yoga instructor Sarah Burnett (Instagram), and medical marijuana mentor Mandy Harlan (Instagram) to host a guided paddleboard event on beautiful Lake Ivanhoe.

This event is a spinoff of the popular YogaHigh series (starting again this Fall), catering to the growing cannabis community with more opportunities to gather, learn, and enjoy together.

Before hitting the water, Mandy Harlan will lead an informative workshop about cannabis, offering valuable insights and tips to enhance your experience during the event and beyond.

As you float on the lake, Sarah Burnett will guide you through mindful moments, gentle stretches, and somatic movements to help you fully relax and connect with nature. This is an entry-level paddle, so all skill levels are welcome!

The paddle will last about 60-90 minutes with pauses to rest.

Your ticket also includes a delicious boxed lunch from Swine & Sons (Instagram), with choices of a Vegan Falafel Wrap, Simple Gluten Free Green Salad, Turkey Ranch Swiss Wrap, or Chicken Caesar Wrap. Choices will be first come first served and will be enjoyed together by the lake.

Green Dragon Dispensary will be at the event giving out goodie bags full of swag to all ticket holders that also include a 40% off discount coupon to be used in-store (just 10 minutes from the event on Lee Road). Green Dragon has more than a decade of experience of producing high-quality medical cannabis. Founded in Colorado in 2009, Green Dragon is now a licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Center with over 38 dispensaries across Florida.

Please note, Puff n Paddle is open to medical marijuana cardholders only. Remember to bring your card for verification at check-in. You’re welcome to bring your own medicine from any Florida MMTC, as long as it’s in its original, labeled container with your prescription clearly visible.

If you choose to bring your own board, any non-motorized vessel welcome – paddle board, kayak, or canoe – just don’t forget a life jacket as it is required by law. We’ll have extras on hand if needed. Waivers for participation are required and will be sent via email after ticket purchase, or you can sign one upon arrival.

If we are unable to hold the event due to weather, a ticket credit will roll over to any other Yoga High or spin-off Yoga High event.

PHOTO POLICY – We completely understand that not everyone is out of the “green closet.” If privacy is a concern, we will have special wristbands available for those who would prefer not to be photographed while enjoying the event.
