After almost two decades of service, Pom Pom’s Teahouse and Sandwicheria (Instagram) has announced that it will make its last artisan sandwich on Friday, October 4.
The cult favorite restaurant, owned by the ever-so-innovative Pom Moongauklang, first opened on December 26, 2005, and has won awards ever since. Through the restaurant, Moongauklang has helped to launch a number of concepts including Tako Cheena in Mills 50, Mr. Sister’s, and the food program at the two new upcoming Parliament House-branded nightclub concepts coming to downtown and Ivanhoe Village.
Moongauklang shared via a prepared press release that she would be moving more into consultation as she enters into the next phase of her career. She also shared that “the announcement of her next concept and creation” will be coming soon.
