4Rivers Smokehouse (Website) has announced that its restaurants in Central Florida will start opening on Sundays as early as September 22.
The local chain has always had a family-friendly, faith-based approach to business and traditionally took Sundays off so employees could spend time at home or the church. A reason for the shift in policies wasn’t shared publicly at this time.
The new Sunday hours are 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and starting September 27, all locations will stay open until 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
The SoDo location will continue to be closed on Sundays.
