According to Trevor Fraser’s intrepid reporting for Orlando Business Journal, a retail building with some popular Ivanhoe Village tenants has sold for $6 million.
Longtime owners Michael and Anne Marie Hennessey, who happen to on White Wolf Cafe, sold the property at 1829 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] to a Fay Magnolia LLC, which is connected to a Hisham Kasi.
The property has nine tenants at this time, including Savoy Orlando and its sister bar Ivanhoe 1915, dessert restaurant Better Than Sex, and Fluent, a medical marijuana dispensary that happens to carry physical copies of our monthly Bungalower newspaper.
