The Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Gardens (Website) is looking for a new Executive Director of its Winter Park-based arts and culture non-profit.

The campus was founded in 1961 to preserve the works and property of sculptor Albin Polasek and currently has a budget of $900,000, a staff of seventeen full and part-time employees, and many volunteers. Operations include a historic home and museum, three acres of gardens, an events venue, and an art gallery.

Applicants will be in charge of setting new goals for the organization, guidance to maintain current organizational quality, actively cultivating major gifts and corporate sponsors, growing board member relationships, and actively engaging the board in program updates, fundraising, community involvement, and Foundation success.

You must have a Bachelor’s degree, 8-10 years of senior, non-profit, or related management experience, and prior experience working with a Board of Directors is a plus.
