A New Orleans-style beignet cafe concept is opening in Orlando’s North Quarter next month.
The Miramar Beach-based brand, Beignets & Brew (Website), will be taking over the space left vacant by Downtown Credo, at 885 N. Orange Avenue [GMap]. They serve a menu of beignets with flavors that range from traditional to things like s’mores and “cinna-swirl.”
The “brew” part of the name refers to coffee-based beverages (not beer), but they also serve smoothies and specialty drinks.
Downtown Credo closed its last cafe on August 25 of this year but they still sell their locally-roasted coffee online.
