Locally-owned retail darlings, Dear Prudence (Instagram | Website) in Audubon Park, have announced that they intend to close in February 2025, after 25 years of business.

Shop owners Dave and Liz Kazyk shared with Bungalower that they are hoping to getthrough one more holiday season in the Audubon Park Garden District before tey shut the doors.

“We’ve had a great 25 years in Audubon Park and we feel so privileged to have been a true Mom and Pop store in Orlando for all those years.  It’s been such an honor to be part of the community, watching Orlando grow over the last couple decades and being part of that incredible journey. But we’re not done yet, we have one more Christmas as a brick and mortar store and we want to make it a great one.  So we’re asking everyone to come in this Christmas to say hi, share their memories, do some shopping and help us go out with a bang!”
– DAVE AND LIZ KAZYK, OWNERS, DEAR PRUDENCE

Dear Prudence is offering free shipping through its online store but the brick-and-mortar is located at 2912 Corrine Drive [GMap], next to Park Ave CDs.
