Model-turned-chef Clarice Lam is coming to Orlando as part of her new book tour and while she’s here she’ll be hosting a collab dinner with the award-winning Kaya Restaurant (Website).
Lam’s “Breaking Bao” is a pan-Asian collection of 88 umami-rich baked goods, snacks, and confections from her travels abroad and ones that are rooted in her own personal journey of embracing her heritage.
