The City of Orlando is hiring for a new Communications and Events Coordinator.
Responsibilities for the role include budgeting, managing sponsorships and event partnerships, and vendor agreements and contracts. Primary duties include event production and promotion of special events, including signature events for the Maor, city initiatives, programs, and services. The role works closely with the Mayor’s office, elected officials, and senior staff.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field plus four years of marketing and event management experience.
Salary range is $25.21-$32.15.
