Philanthropy-driven wine and spirits retailer The Good Pour (Website) is set to soft-open its long-awaited College Park location on January 7.
The 9,000 SF shop is located in the heart of College Park at 2201 Edgewater Drive [GMap] in a corner CVS, and will soon feature a selection of over 5,000 wines, spirits, beers, and gifts/sundries.
The founders, Ray and Giuliana Horal, donate a portion of every sale to charity. With a Rolodex of 125 pre-vetted charities to choose from, they have donated roughly $200,000 to the local non-profit economy since opening their first location. Charities include organizations like 4Roots, Audubon Center for Birds of Prey, Orlando Museum of Art, and the Edible Education Experience.
A grand opening for the College Park location will take place in February. A location is expected to open in the former Wells Fargo in Winter Park by this April.
