The Historical Society of College Park (Website) is celebrating the neighborhood’s 100th birthday on Saturday, March 1 and everyone is invited. Whether they live in College Park or not.
The event will celebrate 100 years of Orlando’s first suburb with a bring-your-own-dinner event featuring live music in Dartmouth Park. Tables will be provided with a black linen tablecloth and chairs, which can be decorated by attendees – a la Dinner on the Avenue in Winter Park. Beer and wine will be available to purchase on-site.
Awards will be handed out for Most Creative, Most Original, Most Elegant, Most Memorable, Favorite College Park Memory, and Best Overall.
The event will run from 6-10 p.m. with judging starting promptly at 7 p.m..
