According to a recent report by Jeremy Williams and Fabiana Ungaro for Watermark Out News, Richard Kowalczyk, the owner of Southern Nights Orlando and Tampa, and his partner Erick Patrick, have been indicted on multiple counts related to child pornography.
According to the report, Kowalczyk has been indicted by a federal grand jury with charges that include conspiracy to entice a minor, attempted coercion and enticement of a minor, two counts of receipt of child pornography, and possession of child pornography. Patrick has been charged with conspiracy to entice a minor, attempted coercion and enticement of a minor, and distribution of child pornography.
The allegations are based on conversations that date back to 2019, as found in Kowalcyk’s phone, which allegedly had images and videos featuring minors.
Kowalczyk and Patrick were taken into custody on January 2 and they are maintaining their innocence. A trial date is set for March. Read Watermark for the full report.
