The owner of Santiago’s Bodega (Instagram), Jason Dugan, and his team, have finally opened a long-awaited ramen concept in the former home of Orlando Meats at 728 Virginia Drive [GMap] in Ivanhoe Village.
Dugan has been hand-building the entire storefront over the past couple of years and hosted a couple of short pop-up concepts in the space while he negotiated with the City of Orlando about parking availability (Tip: There isn’t any, really).
Originally named Ramen Revolution, The Rev (Instagram) quietly opened almost two weeks ago, serving a variety of oysters, ramen, and seafood.
