Baldwin Park-based Seito Sushi (Facebook) will celebrate its 25th anniversary this April with a special beer launch in partnership with another neighborhood staple, Tactical Brewing (Facebook).
Chef Huy and the Seito team have joined forces with MC Brewmaster Kreistopher Holland and Tactical Brewing to create a special Japanese Rice Lager, made with sake yeast, sansho, and sudachi. We hear it has “subtle sweet peppery flavors with a crisp, dry finish.”
“The Way of Greatness” Rice Lager will be available March 29 at both locations, during which Seito will pop-up behind the brewery to serve Asian-inspired hotdogs for one-night only. Yes, we hear there will be sake bombs.
The fun starts at 5:30 p.m.
