4Roots Farm (Website) will host an authentic pasta-making workshop on Tuesday, April 15, led by an authentic Italian grandma.
The class will be led by Nonna Giovanna from Pasta with Nonna (Website), which was founded by Nonna Nerina (Instagram) – who is from Plombara Sabina, a quaint medieval town just 30 minutes from Rome. She rose to international fame through the popular Airbnb experience “Pasta with Grandma,” where travelers from around the globe could gather in her kitchen—or virtually from home—to learn the secrets of authentic Italian cooking. Check out the promo video below.
Her warm smile, spirited storytelling, and no-nonsense love for real food turned her into a viral sensation, especially during the pandemic when her virtual classes brought comfort and joy to thousands stuck at home.
With flour-dusted hands and a heart full of tradition, she has spent decades preserving the ancient art of handmade Italian pasta. From tagliatelle to ravioli, her recipes are steeped in family history, passed down through generations and lovingly shared with the world.
Now she has a whole gaggle of nonnas repping the brand and sharing the gospel of fresh Italian cooking. Tickets are a whopping $180 per guest, but the experience is priceless and includes an olive oil masterclass. Click HERE to register and save your place.
