There’s a new energy flowing through Edgewater Drive.
Flow Haus Yoga has quietly opened its doors in College Park with a space that feels less like a fitness studio and more like a sanctuary. Located at 1321 Edgewater Drive, the freshly designed studio is the first tenant to open in a newly renovated building that’s already generating buzz—and while Flow Haus is all about slowing down, we’re picking up the pace trying to figure out what other businesses might be moving in alongside it in units 3, 4, 5, & 6. (If you know, hit us up!)

But inside Flow Haus Yoga, the experience is immediate. Sleek lines, soft lighting, calming tones, and natural textures wrap you in a sense of ease from the moment you walk in. It’s not just a place to work up a sweat—it’s a place to exhale. Every inch of the studio has been designed to help you ground yourself, whether you’re in a fiery vinyasa flow or a gentle, restorative class.
As the team at Flow Haus puts it, “Yoga is more than a practice—it’s a feeling you carry with you.”
Right now, classes are being offered on select days during the soft opening phase, but a full schedule and grand opening celebration are in the works for later this summer. The studio is woman-owned, Latinx-owned, and LGBTQ-friendly—another reason it’s already becoming a welcome addition to the College Park community.
We’ll be keeping an eye on what else is moving into the building, but for now, Flow Haus is a breath of fresh air on Edgewater—and a beautiful sign of good things to come.
