Last week, we told you about Edgewater Family Wealth Planning and Education Center moving into the newly renovated Flow Haus Yoga building in College Park. Now we’ve cracked the next clue.

Suites 3 & 4 will soon be home to Sonic Bloom Room (Instagram: @sonicbloomroom), a new hi-fi listening coffee bar and flower shop dreamed up by local DJ Ramon Medina (@monsantodj_) and designer Nicole Belle.

Think: 70s-style basement den energy (the good kind—no shag carpet), cozy couches, deep cuts on vinyl, and warm analog sound—not too loud, just right. Ramon’s bringing his extensive vinyl collection and plans to invite guest DJs to keep the vibe dynamic and discovery-driven.

The space is being designed by co-owner Nicole Belle—who also designed Flow Haus Yoga next door—and she’s all about comfort and intention. The goal? A space that feels like one of those hidden gems you stumble into in a New York neighborhood: artsy, vibey, part flower shop, part coffee bar, part audio sanctuary.

The flower side of the shop will feature both familiar and unusual blooms, available at a range of price points—from simple $10 bundles to more elaborate arrangements. You can create your own bouquet or choose from Nicole’s curated designs.

Nicole is also taking over Suite 8 to open a studio for her holistic interior design business, @thehousehealerflorida, focused on crafting spaces that feel as good as they look.

Sonic Bloom Room hopes to open in late fall of this year.

As for the final tenant? We think we know who’s taking Suite 7, but we’re still confirming.

Stay tuned.
