3rd Retro Modern Home Tour
April 6, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm
$20 – $30
The Audubon Park Garden District, a Great American Main Street Award winning neighborhood in Orlando, Florida, will host its Retro Modern Home Tour on Saturday, April 6, 2019. This self-guided tour will feature beautiful examples of mid-century modern architecture, as well as stunning modern designs, 1 to 5 p.m., Saturday April 6, 2019.
Advance tickets for the Home Tour are just $20 for the first 50 tickets sold or guests can upgrade and also receive admittance to the After Party inside East End Market (3201 Corrine Drive Orlando 32803), in addition to the Home Tour. The tickets for the Home Tour and After Party are just $35 tickets for the first 50 tickets sold. The After Party is from 5 to 7 p.m. the same day as the tour and includes live music, raffles and appetizers, along with a cash bar. Note: Due to limited capacity in East End’s event space, tickets to the After Party are capped at 125 total tickets sold.
The tour is self-guided and features houses that are located throughout the Audubon Park Garden District, a community which includes Audubon Park, Beeman Park, Winter Park and more. Our volunteers will recommend a cluster of houses for you to start your tour. Given the size of our community, you may find it easier to drive from one house to another. Please note, we do not make public the list of houses prior to the tour.
Children under 12 years of age will be admitted free, but must be closely supervised in all houses. No pets, other than service animals, are allowed on the tour. No photography is permitted in the homes without the express consent of the homeowners.
Check in the day of the tour will take place outside charming, historic Emmanuel Episcopal Church at 1603 East Winter Park Road, Orlando 32803.
You may also want to come early for our Spring Market at Audubon, noon to 5 p.m., which is happening in conjunction with our Retro Modern Home Tour, and will feature handmade goods, mid century modern vendors, food, a DJ and more.
All proceeds from this tour benefit the Audubon Park Garden District and its mission to create the most economically, environmentally and socially sustainable community in Central Florida.
