A Spring Soirée

A night of lights, the scent of earth lifting to air. A dinner with friends who appreciate good food, and local chefs who breathe it. A meaningful way to impact your community, supporting and celebrating the mission of Edible Education Experience (EEE).
Join us Monday, April 3rd for a fine dining experience featuring some of EEE’s esteemed Chef Ambassadors.
Arrive at 6pm to meet and mingle with our starring chefs and community members. Enjoy a welcome beverage by The Courtesy, while soaking in the garden air. Taste lite bites prepared by PACE students, whom we serve through our nonprofit programming. A Spring Soiréea would not be complete without the acoustic sounds of guitarist, Edward Portillo, setting the mood for a beautiful evening.
Then, prepare for the main event: Chef Lordfer Lalicon of Kaya, Cuisiniers’ Chef Jamie McFadden, Chef Wendy Lopez of Reyes Mezcaleria, La Tavola’s Chef Kevin Fonzo, Chef Fabrizio Schenardi of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, and Chef Ian Russell, wife Juliana Peña and Pastry Chef Brett Vezina of Smoke & Donuts will awaken your senses in six family-style courses.
All proceeds from this fundraising event directly support the EEE mission. We thank the chefs and donors helping us empower our community with seed-to-table experiences.
